IEF: Economic expert says Russia can become an "exciting market" Economic expert, Charlie Robertson, says Russia has "a lot of opportunity" to grow and be a "very exciting market" again if it does enough reforms, speaking at the International Economic Forum which kicked off in Saint Petersburg Thursday under the shadow of Moscow's standoff with the West over Ukraine and the country's economic crisis.
