Operation Condor remembered with photo exhibit, book in Santiago On November 25, 1975 an agreement was signed in Santiago between Chile, Argentina, Bolivia, Paraguay and Uruguay uniting the efforts of their respective secret services to track political dissidents outside of each nation’s borders.
