Migrants sent back to Austria from Germany Migrants crossing the border into Germany with the intention of travelling on to other countries, or having already filed for asylum in Austria, are being denied entry at the border. Those refused entry are mostly Afghans as well as Moroccans and Algerians who do not want to apply for asylum in Germany but in other countries, notably Scandinavia.
