Cai Guo-Qiang promotes contemporary Chinese art in Qatar New-York based Chinese artist Cai Guo-Qiang and art patron Sheikha Al Mayassa Al Thani, sister of the Qatar Emir, launched a cultural partnership between Qatar and China with a rare exhibition featuring 15 Chinese artists.
