Iraqi cleric says he will present names for new government Iraqi cleric Moqtada Sadr said during a press conference in Najaf Tuesday that the committee he has formed to choose technocrats for the Iraqi cabinet has finished its job. The young Shiite cleric has demanded Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi reshuffle the cabinet to bring in technocrats and threatened a no-confidence vote in parliament if he failed to do so soon.
