FILE: Relative of Charlie Hebdo killer handed over to France The brother-in-law of one of the Islamic extremists behind the January 2015 attack on French magazine Charlie Hebdo on Wednesday has been handed over to French authorities by Bulgarian officials. The 20-year-old denies being a "terrorist", but was the object of a European arrest warrant issued by France after being arrested in Turkey while allegedly trying to enter Syria to joing jihadists.
