Ex-Kosovo PM Haradinaj says victim of "political persecution" Ramush Haradinaj, a former rebel leader accused of war crimes by Serbia and an ex-prime minister of Kosovo, says he is the victim of "persecution". The 48-year-old was detained in France in January on the basis of a Serbian arrest warrant. He was later released on bail by a French court but must remain in France pending a ruling on an extradition request from Belgrade. A French judge will review his case on April 6.
