New piracy in Somalia: "an accident waiting to happen" (expert) John Steed, Regional Manager for the Horn of Africa of Oceans Beyond Privacy reacts after suspected pirates boarded an oil tanker and forced its Sri Lankan crew to change course towards the northeastern Somali coast, in what could be the first such attack since 2012.
