Ex Pemex director summoned by Mexican justice in graft scandal Mexico’s general attorney office on Tuesday called for former director of Mexican state oil company Pemex and close alibi of president Enrique Peña Nieto, Emilio Lozoya, to declare in the Odebrecht corruption case.
