Residents’ anger boils over neighbourhood flattened for Olympics One year after Rio 2016, Vila Autodromo, a neighbourhood which was almost completely destroyed to give way to the Olympic Park, is today reduced to a single street where some inhabitants, who had refused to leave, still live- now in front of the mostly abandoned sports facilities.
