Sudan's al-Bashir welcomed on Uganda visit President Omar al-Bashir of Sudan arrived in Uganda on Monday for a two-day visit, his second visit to the country since President Yoweri Museveni was re-elected in 2015. His presence at Museveni’s inauguration that year caused a walk-out from international diplomats as he is wanted by the International Criminal Court on charges of crimes against humanity in Darfur.
