Description
Thais flock to portraits of late King a year after his death A street close to Bangkok's Grand Palace has been transformed into an outdoor gallery in honour of Thailand's King Bhumibol Adulyadej, who died on October 13th last year. Black-clad mourners, with phones in hand, have been flocking to the portraits, which depict the late king and his family in a variety of artistic styles. Bhumibol will be cremated in a spectactular five-day ceremony later this month. IMAGES.
