Camille Claudel sculptures sold for 3.5 million euros Seventeen works by sculptor Camille Claudel, the last several of which were in the possession of the artist's family, are sold at Paris auction house Artcurial, for a total of more than 3.5 million euros. The highlight of the sale, "The Abandon" (1886), the last bronze statue from a set of 18 copies, was sold for 1.2 million euros.
