Newly electric Paris bike-sharing off to slow start Paris activated upgraded models on its 'Velib' bike-sharing scheme at midnight on January 1st, but so far there are only 100 docking stations that come with the scheme's new model, despite operator Smovengo's pledge to have 1,400 in place by the end of March.
