International Women's Day: Portrait of a combat helicopter pilot Ahead of International Women's Day, AFPTV is moving a series of portraits of women working in male-dominated professions. Thirty-six-year-old Captain Sandra Hernandez is the only female combat helicopter pilot in the El Salvador contingent of MINUSMA (United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in Mali) in Timbuktu, Mali.
