Turkish High Election Commission changes polling locations Ahead of Turkey's elections Sunday, The High Election Commission (YSK) ruled to move many polling stations in the Kurdish-dominated southeast to a different location on security grounds.After this decision, 144,000 voters in the region had to vote in different place. In the countryside of Diyarbakir province, 99 polling stations were moved. But this did not deter voters.
