Mixed reactions to Central African Armed Forces set return In the city of Bangassou in the Central African Republic, the planned arrival of the FACA, or Central African Armed Forces which left Bangui by road last week gives rise to much hope and a little fear. Some believe their arrival heralds the return of a rule of law and the end of violence, while the Muslim community of the city is worried about possible collusion between the military and the antibalakas who control the city.
