Boodog, the Mongolian-style goat barbecue In Mongolia, boodog is one of two traditional methods to serve goat to esteemed guests and to celebrate festive events. The animal is shaved, killed with a knife and disembowelled. The meat is separated from the innards. Then the meat, liver and kidneys are put back inside the skin together with red-hot stones heated on a heap of animal dung.
