An association in Bosnia, 'My hair, your hair' has started making wigs for these young patients, enabling them to overcome this "psychological burden." The association allows parents to be with their children in care, by offering them apartments in a "parental home", built near the paediatric clinic in Sarajevo, which operates with the help of community solidarity.
