Ice block art glimmers in London to warn against climate change Some 24 ice blocks are on display outside London's Tate Modern and six others dotted around different locations in the city to alert passersby to the dangers of global warming. The new installation "Ice Watch", created by renowned artist Olafur Eliasson, coincides with the climate conference (COP24) underway in Poland.
