Belgrade hosts its 2019 underpants run The 2019 edition of the annual 1600-metre "Belgrade Underpants Run" sees participants dressed only in their underwear, running in snow and in sub-zero temperature. The idea takes its inspiration from the Russian method of strengthening the immune system by exposing it to the cold, and from cryotherapy techniques used by sportsmen after heavy training.
