Last day of French cardinal's trial for covering up child abuse French Cardinal Philippe Barbarin, the 68-year-old archbishop of Lyon, arrives at court for the last day of his trial for covering up sex abuse of minors by a priest in his diocese. On Wednesday a state prosecutor declined to press charges against Barbarin but the court case rolled on regardless.
