Rwanda's genocide killers learn new life back home A camp in Mutobo hosts ex-militia killers who carried out Rwanda's horrific 1994 genocide, and then formed a rebel army fighting in neighbouring Democratic Republic of Congo. Now the men are back, and are learning how to reintegrate into a country and a government they have spent years trying to overthrow. Former officer of the Rwandan Armed Forces Bernard Ntuyahaga, who was not part of the militia, recently joined the camp after serving 20 years in prison in Belgium for slaughtering 10 Belgian soldiers who were protecting the then Prime Minister Agathe Uwilingiyimana.
