Government has been 'shambolic' on Brexit, says London's Khan Mayor of London Sadiq Khan slams the government's handling of Brexit as "incompetent and shambolic", saying that if parliament is getting a third chance to vote on Prime Minister Theresa May's withdrawal deal then the British public should also be allowed "a final say" in a second referendum.
