Reindeer racers compete in Finland meet Competitors take part in the finals of the 66th King of Reindeer championship -- an annual league of races in Lapland where competitors are pulled around a track on skis by one or more reindeer in Inari in northern Finland. The competition is a six-stage championship that has taken place during the winter months since 1950 with competitors racing in different categories on a one-kilometer track on the snow.
