Foxconn reacts to Microsoft patent lawsuit Foxconn founder Terry Gou accuses Microsoft of taking advantage of the on-going US-China trade war to file a lawsuit against his company for failing to comply with a patent-licensing agreement. In a press conference at it's Taiwan headquarters, Guo said Foxconn is being used as a 'scapegoat' and calls Microsoft a bully and "a coward" for not going after big players like Google and Android and big Chinese mobile manufactures.
