Apollo vessel in race to build Dunkirk offshore wind park A consortium formed by Belgian group Deme, France's Quadran Energues Marines and the Anglo-Dutch group Shell has positioned a 'jack-up' vessel used to install wind turbines at the French port of Dunkirk. At least six candidates - including the consortium - have officially submitted bids to develop an offshore wind farm off the coast of Dunkirk. The winner is due to be announced mid-2019.
