French steelworkers union to sue old and new owners of Ascoval A French steelworkers union (USTM) is taking legal action against Vallourec, which formally owned the Ascoval steel mill in Saint-Saulve, northern France, and its new buyers Olympus Steel Ltd, the parent company of the British Steel group, which collapsed last week.
