French prosecutor gives details about 100th femicide of 2019 A young man charged with the murder of his girlfriend in Cagnes-sur-Mer had already been accused of domestic violence in 2016. This complaint, filed by an ex-girlfriend, had been dismissed without further action because it could not be substantiated, explained the prosecutor of Grasse, during a press conference.
