Controversial sculpture by Jeff Koons being installed in Paris The monumental "Bouquet of Tulips" created by contemporary artist Jeff Koons and gifted to the city of Paris following the 2015 attacks is being installed in a park near the Champs Élysées, a site chosen after three years of deliberations. The controversial 10-metre high sculpture of a hand holding eleven brightly coloured tulips is due to be unveiled in the fall but it's not to everyone's taste.
