Lieutenant Commander Rafael Acosta Arévalo, accused of conspiring against Maduro, was arrested on 21 June and reported missing for a week. His lawyer assures that he was in perfect condition before his arrest and that on June 28 he was presented before a military tribunal in a wheelchair, unable to speak and with signs of torture.
