'Treasures from the Suburbs' exhibition opens on Paris outskirts A reconstruction of French writer Guy de Maupassant's boat - on which he would take the women he dated - is just one of the many works of art by famous and not-so-famous artists on display at the Halle des Grésillons de Gennevilliers, held from 4 October to 30 November on the outskirts of Paris.
