France: Prosecutor says murder suspect swallowed pesticide A murder suspect in northern France swallowed a pesticide shortly after he was sentenced to 30 years in prison, says Alexandre de Bosschère, a prosecutor in the city of Amiens. "It is a pesticide called Temik, which is an extremely dangerous product whose sales are extremely regulated on the French and European territory and which affects the nervous and cardio-vascular systems," de Bosschère says in an interview with AFP.
