Russia's anti-doping agency decides "not to agree with WADA" The president of the Russian Olympic Committee, Stanislav Pozdnyakov, says that the country's Rusada anti-doping body has decided "not to agree with WADA's decision made on the 9th of December to claim Rusada is incompetent".
