Pakistan police detain second civil rights leader critical of the army Pakistani authorities detain a senior member of a civil rights movement which accuses the army of abuses. Mohsin Dawar, a sitting parliamentarian, was leading a demonstration in Islamabad of around 100 members of the Pashtun Protection Movement (PTM).
