A pastry chef in Germany offers edible sales receipts Since 1 January 2020, German law demands from retailers that they print a receipt for every purchase. A French pastry chef in Bavaria decided to protest in an original way against this new law, by adding an edible receipt made of sugar on some of his pastries. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
