Brooklyn Grange in New York City has been growing vegetables on several rooftop farms for the past ten years. From the summit of a nine-story commercial building, surrounded by fields growing cabbage and radishes, the co-founder explains: "We're taking this concrete canvas that we have and we're adding soil back on top of it".
