The chairperson for the National Election Board of Ethiopia (NEBE), says there was a 'very great' turnout for the country's recent election election despite the challenges facing the country. Some 38 million people were registered to vote but elections were postponed or cancelled in a fifth of the country's constituencies because of war,insecurity and logistical issues.
