Fans of the Argentina national football team queue outside the country's consulate in Rio de Janeiro for tickets for the Copa America final, available for free to Argentine residents in Brazil. Rio has decided to allow a crowd of up to 7,800 people to attend the match between Brazil and Argentina, 10 percent of the Maracana stadium's full capacity of 78,000.
