Description
Famous for its Roman arena, a world heritage site, the city of Arles has been enhanced by a new monument, a 56-metre high tower designed by architect Frank Gehry. The flagship work dominates the vast "creative campus" of the Luma Foundation. At the foot of the monument, more than 10 hectares of industrial wasteland have been transformed into exhibition and performance spaces.
