"I go to the soup kitchens so that my children do not lack anything," says Sandra Benítez a resident of October 28th, a low-income neighborhood in the La Matanza department in the province of Buenos Aires, as the pandemic made it "impossible" for people to find employment forcing disadvantaged residents to rely on soup kitchens to feed their families.
