The presidents of Zambia, South Africa and Ghana pay tribute to the late Kenneth Kaunda, ex-President of Zambia. Current President Edgar Lungu hails him as an "African political giant". South Africa's Cyril Ramaphosa recalls Kaunda's assistance in the struggle against apartheid rule.
