The body of a fugitive suspected of a femicide near Saint-Tropez was found at 12.50pm "in a steep spot" in Greolières, the village where he had been hunted for the past 48 hours. The deputy public prosecutor in Draguignan said that it was still too early to determine the cause of death. SOUNDBITE
