Belarusian Olympic sprinter Krystsina Tsimanouskaya details the events in the Olympic village that led her to take refuge in Poland rather than return to her native Belarus. The 24-year-old athlete was at the centre of a diplomatic drama after seeking the protection of Tokyo 2020 staff, saying her team was trying to bundle her onto a plane after she publicly criticised her coaches.
