Tropical Storm Fred, the sixth one of the Atlantic hurricane season, is heading towards the Dominican Republic. The cyclone is located about 40 kilometres south-southeast of Santo Domingo, the capital of the Dominican Republic, according to the US National Hurricane Center. IMAGES
