Guadeloupe announces it will extend its night curfew to start from 7pm instead of 8 pm and calls on residents to limit outings to five kilometres from their homes. The strengthened measures come as the French overseas territory sees Covid-19 cases skyrocket, while its vaccination rate remains low.
