Description
In Djibouti the national dish is the Yemeni fish. Its spicy flavour evokes the complex, multicultural history of this tiny coastal nation nestled between Africa and the Arabian Peninsula. Yemenis represent the third ethnic community in Djibouti. The exchange of people between the two sides of the Gulf of Aden has been going on for thousands of years.
