Description
Five years after the November 13, 2015 terror attacks which shook Paris, a building in nearby Saint-Denis where a raid took place to apprehend the attackers remains empty. Local residents say they're unhappy being constantly reminded of the events and the town hall promises to make the building's renovation a priority.
