Cypriot women demonstrate in front of the capital Nicosia's supreme court, in support of a young British woman who alleged she was raped by up to 12 Israelis in a hotel room in the seaside party resort of Ayia Napa in July 2019. Defence lawyers of the young woman, who in January 2020 was found guilty by a district court for lying about being raped, launched an appeal today against her conviction. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
