After the US special envoy to Haiti Daniel Foote resigned, denouncing the Biden administration's deportation of Haitian migrants from the US-Mexico border back to their poverty-stricken homeland, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki says Foote "never once" raised concerns about migration during his tenure.
